We will never discuss nor disclose your case (or any details whatsoever) to any third parties, unless specifically requested. For example, if the police or social services need to get involved, we will always ask for your consent first.

Using a private investigator is perfectly legal. Whilst conducting your investigation or enquiry, we will advise you on any Legal matters if they apply. Some things that you may want to conduct might not be allowed to do under the Law, though nevertheless we will discuss matters to find a legal solution to the problem.

Each case has their own unique circumstances. Once we have reviewed your case, we will quickly provide you with a comprehensive and detailed (without obligation) case review based on the information you provide to us, giving you a few different options to consider.
Our charges are locked and pre-set, and we charge some of the lowest rates in the industry per hour. We also offer a price match, price promise. Watkins Ward Group do not charge extra fees for such items as (reasonable) millage, general disbursements and travel time.
Full planning and surveillance reports (including audio/video/photo) are included without additional charge. Any additional costs for any reason will be agreed in advance.

No, we will not contact you unless agreed in advance. Every client sets their own terms for contact and this will be agreed when speaking with you.
You can expect verbal, picture, text and/or email updates throughout the live investigation, and on conclusion of the case you will receive a full evidence package.
The evidence package contains a written report, including written Statement(s) of Evidence and includes photographic footage as appropriate. Any relevant moving video evidence can be requested in DVD format, sent via email and/or secure download link. In the case of Electronic Profiling, a separate report is also issued.
We can post and/or email PDF reports, as requested.

Watkins Ward Group are happy to accept instruction personally and/or via an acting legal counsel. As one example, we can communicate with the police or lawyer, with your consent.
We can supply you with a statement of evidence to ensure that all findings can help you in your legal battle. If need be, we can also attend court and give testimony on your behalf.
We cannot give you a set deadline as each case is different, we do not want to rush gaining evidence. Our team of investigators want to ensure that your case is being investigated to the upmost care.
